My name is Kim Sopheap, also Call Kim Keat meng. I was born on October 10, 1979, Cambodia. At the age of three, I faced the tragedy of losing my father to war, and my mother, due to poverty, could not afford to provide for my education. Fortunately, my aunt adopted me, which allowed me the opportunity to study. Ever since I was young, I've aspired to become an author. I've always had the will inside me, but lacked the courage to pursue my dream. It wasn't until April 9, 2024, that I finally gathered the courage to write and complete the first edition of my eBook titled "Retrieving Love from Hell."
Introduction: Why is Good Sleep So Important?
In today's busy and increasingly stressful world, the quality of sleep is becoming more important. Sleep is not just a time for the body to rest; it plays a crucial role in our overall health and well-being.
The Cornerstone of Physical Health:
• Repair and Recovery: Sleep is a key period for the body to repair itself, including muscle growth, tissue repair, and hormone regulation.
• Immune System: Adequate sleep helps strengthen the immune system to fight off illness.

Enhancing Quality of Life:

• Mental Health: Good sleep is associated with lower levels of depression and anxiety.
Long-term Health Impact:
• Chronic Disease Risk: Long-term sleep deprivation is associated with an increased risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.

Therefore, we must view sleep as an essential component of a healthy lifestyle, just as important as diet and exercise. Through this book, we will explore how to optimize your sleep habits so you can wake up feeling refreshed every day.
